Events Registration

It’s time to start planning for the Memorial Day weekend festivities.  We have the entire Cottage Inn reserved again this year.  I’ll be taking reservations on a first come first served basis.

Please check the website and let me know which room you prefer.  I expect these to fill up very quickly based on the previous years.  Rooms 1, 2, 4 and 11 are already taken.  Looks like rooms are around $135 per night for the regular rooms and more for the apartments (I’ll let you know when I get confirmation from them).

The room with the loft in the Iron Horse Inn is still available, it has a King bed + a loft with a single bed and a hide-a-bed so you can fit up to 4 people in it if you want to get cozy and save some $$ – I have a link to send you if you want it, its up several stairs and you have to put up with me in the same hotel 🙂 – Let me know if you want it and I’ll send you the link.

There are also available rooms at the Root River Inn but I don’t have any reservations there so you will have to book them on your own.

Please let me know if you book at any of the places other than the Cottage Inn so I can add you to the spreadsheet and include you in the emails with the ride plans, festivities, etc.  (this includes camping, day trips down there, etc.)

Please note, if you commit to a room, you are responsible for the fee for the entire weekend even if you leave early, come late or don’t go.  We are booked for Friday – Monday; let me know if you want to go down early or stay late, most rooms are available to stay longer than just the weekend.
