Red Knights MN4 – Firefighters Fighting Cancer Benefit 2026

The Red Knights MN Chapter 4 will host the 2026 Firefighters Fighting Cancer Benefit on Saturday, August 29, 2026, at the Hamel VFW in Plymouth, Minnesota. This annual event stands as one of Minnesota’s most meaningful firefighter‑led fundraisers, dedicated to supporting firefighters and their families facing a cancer diagnosis — a battle that continues to impact the fire service at alarming rates.

Since its founding in 2010, the benefit has grown from a small fire‑service gathering into a major community event rooted in brotherhood, service, and direct impact. Every dollar raised goes toward assisting selected firefighter beneficiaries and their families, helping ease the financial burden during one of life’s most difficult challenges. Funds also support the ongoing charitable mission of Red Knights MN4.

The day begins with registration, breakfast, and a morning social before riders depart on a scenic west‑metro motorcycle route. After returning to the Hamel VFW, attendees can enjoy food trucks, refreshments, games, live music, and both silent and live auctions — all contributing to the benefit’s fundraising efforts. The event is open to the public, and riders, families, businesses, and community members are encouraged to attend, sponsor, or donate.
